Most images that are scanned or clicked using a digital camera ( e.g. canon raw format ) have to be processed before they can be inserted within a webpage.

Some problems with the original image could be:

• Heavy file size : Most scanned or clicked images have a huge file size (in Megabytes) which has to be reduced to kilobytes so that the image can load faster over the internet.
  
  
• Larger dimensions : The image size could be larger than what is required making it necessary for the image to be cropped for use.
  
  
• Unwanted background details : The image may have unnecessary background details which must be removed and only the product should be visible. The image may be faded, dull and may need to be processed to make it brighter and sharper.

Which type of Images do you accept?
The image should be in standard (generic, non-proprietary) .TIF, .BMP, .JPG, .PNG, or .GIF form. We also accept images in canon raw format.

How do I send you the images?
You can send us the images via email. If you need to send multiple images; please contact us and we will create an FTP account for you to upload the images.

How much time does it take to deliver the final image?
It depends upon the type of work required - image croppping is quicker, cleaning takes up between 15 mins to some hours depending upon the complexity of the image. We try to process and deliver around 30 images within 48 hours

How do you charge?
Cropping: 1 - 500 images: USD 0.50 per image.
Sizing: 1 - 500 images: USD 0.50 per image.
Image processing: 1 - 500 images (Includes cleanup, background removal, cropping, sizing)
USD 4.00 per image (image size less than 400 pixels).
USD 6.00 per image (image size between 400 to 800 pixels).
USD 10.00 per image (image size between 800 to 1024 pixels).

Do you assure quality?
We send across samples of 2 processed images from the batch for your feedback and approval. Guidelines are set while finalising the quality of the first 2 images. The balance images are then processed as per the initial guidelines.

Is there a minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value.

Do I have to pay in advance?
Yes, all payments are requested in advance. Also, free samples are no longer provided. We now request a token fee of USD 5 for a maximum of 2 sample requests.
